How to run Minecraft Bedrock on Mac

I have gotten Minecraft bedrock running on my Mac great using a few different solutions.

Parallels works great, but of course it is pricey. A free way to get it running is by using VMWare which is now free!

You can also sideload the mobile version with sideloadly, although that has limited controller support (I've found).

Any other ways to run it that you guys have found?
